At Invati Yoga, our vision is to provide a welcoming space to the Okanagan community, where every individual is encouraged to reach their highest potential. We achieve this by offering a complete experience that supports the mind, body, and spirit on the path to finding inner peace amidst life's inevitable ebbs and flows. Our core belief is that every body at any age can benefit from the practice of yoga.
Our focus is on growth, with each motion representing the internal transitions we experience. Invati Yoga believes that life is a series of motions, and we empower individuals to take each step consciously and with purpose.
The benefits of yoga are boundless, as it helps us discover a deeper connection with ourselves through mindful breathing and movement. With a regular practice, yoga serves as a preventive measure against future ailments, can heal the current challenges and injuries of the body, builds a strong core and foundation, and enhances mental and physical health, enabling us to realize our inner selves and grow with each session.
We invite you to join us in pursuing a better lifestyle defined by inner peace and self-control. Invati Yoga believes in you, and we are committed to supporting you on your journey towards your full potential. It all starts here.
Spotlight on Cheryl:
Student of the Month! As we step into 2026, we want to celebrate Cheryl and her incredible journey at Invati.
Here’s what she has to share:
“Yoga didn’t just change my body—it transformed my life. When I first walked into Invati, I was carrying a heavy burden of loss. Heartbroken and out of shape—both physically and mentally—I was searching for a way to heal. Every time my heart and my head were heavy, I just kept showing up. One pose, one breath, one day at a time, I grew stronger.
Yoga taught me to exercise my body in order to calm my mind. It helped me stand in my power, release what no longer served me, and pursue the life I truly wanted. Invati gave me a sense of community, and the instructors helped push me outside my comfort zone, both on and off my mat. I can’t thank them enough.
Looking back now, with hundreds of classes behind me, I’m in awe at how far I’ve come. I’ve had the absolute privilege to not only work out on my mat, but also to laugh, cry, and heal there too. Best of all, my 13-year-old daughter watched me navigate life’s hardest moments in a healthy, constructive way—and for that, I’m deeply grateful.
At the end of the day, though, it’s just yoga. Don’t take it too seriously, but remember, it’s definitely so much more than just the physical.”
Let Cheryl’s story inspire you to jump into your health and wellness journey as we welcome a new year! #StudentOfTheMonth #YogaJourney #2026Goals #WellnessJourney #InvatiCommunity
June Yogi of the Month ~ Taylor
“I started my yoga journey 10 years ago before kids.
I always loved hot yoga & the (Almost) immediate physical results it brought me.
Fast forward 10 years & 2 kids later.
I found Invati when Kelly first opened it up.
THIS studio was different, it was special.
I left not only feeling great physically but feeling grounded mentally.
I took a break and through growing with my own personal journey & the teachings my children gave me I have a reignited passion for yoga.
It truly is one of the roads to freedom for me.
I can feel anxious and stressed before a class and after I feel lifted, calm, centered & supported.
I’ve never felt such community as I do at Invati and when I walk through those doors, I feel like I am home.
I can’t say enough about Invati & the peace it has & continues to bring me. “ -Taylor
May Yogi of the Month ~ Katerina
"I practiced yoga on my own for many years before joining Invati and found I would have ups and downs in my practice. Last fall, I was looking for community and was pulled in by a poster in Invati's Cafe window on my way to work. I decided to try a month of unlimited yoga. I found the practice much more than physical. Coming to Invati helped me see the whole yoga experience and explore a variety of styles. It helped me understand the body-mind connection and how exploring the body can allow a new perspective. I have learned so much more about myself. I am always coming back to explore more. The versatility of practice that Invati provides, the extra workshops, and the community of teachers offer so much more than yoga. It is a community that encourages you to grow, becoming the best version of yourself."
