  • Chris Russell offers CJR Acupuncture services at Invati Yoga in Lake Country

    CJR ACUPUNCTURE - LAKE COUNTRY

CHRIS RUSSELL ~ Growing up exploring the outdoors in Northern B.C. helped Chris gain an appreciation for the connection we all have to the natural world which was deepened by studying Chemistry at the University of Victoria and graduating with a Bachelors of Science in 2011. As life experience grew, and the realities of living with addiction and mental health challenges within his family came to a point, Chris turned his pain into a superpower to help others grow and understand themselves and live outside of limiting beliefs and trauma. Appreciating the power of the mind-body connection when discovering the practice of Hypnotherapy shortly after graduating from University led Chris to further study a Diploma of Acupuncture at Pacific Rim College and become a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) in British Columbia. Maintaining a private patient-centered practice in beautiful Lake Country B.C. Chris focuses on treating pain, injury and internal disorders as well as supporting families with maternity and fertility acupuncture throughout the greater Okanagan.

  • Liz Allardice offers therapeutic yoga and Councelling at Invati Yoga in Lake Country

LIZ ALLARDICE INTEGRATED COUNSELLING & EDUCATION - LAKE COUNTRY

    LIZ ALLARDICE - Counselling

    BFA, MEd, RCC, BCACC

Liz holds an MEd in School Counselling and an RCC designation, and her work is grounded in a holistic, creative, and relational approach to well‑being. She integrates elements of art, yoga‑based mind–body practices, connection with nature, and evidence‑informed wellness education to support people in cultivating emotional balance, resilience, and self‑awareness. With over two decades of experience as an art teacher and Yoga & Wellness educator, Liz brings a gentle blend of structure, curiosity, and compassion to the individuals, groups, and teams she works with.

Rooted in the unceded Syilx territory of the Okanagan peoples, Liz’s practice is shaped by a deep appreciation for the land—its beauty, its teachings, and the sense of grounding and connection it offers. She supports individuals through one‑to‑one counselling and also designs and facilitates collaboratively built, theme‑specific mental health and wellness programs for groups and teams, weaving together creativity, embodiment, and practical skill‑building. Her greatest inspiration and teacher continues to be her teenage son.

This practice was created from a deep commitment to providing holistic, client‑centred support. As both an educator and a counsellor, it has always been important to me to not only offer support, but to actively teach practical tools and skills that help clients build self‑awareness, confidence, and resilience. My work is grounded in the belief that when people are supported in learning how to understand and respond to their inner experiences, they are better able to step into their own power and move forward with greater clarity and strength.
