Accommodation: - First and Last Night: Hotel Ibis, Quito. 7 nights in Banos, at the beautiful Sangay Hotel.

Inclusions: Daily Breakfast Buffet and Dinner (Vegan options available) They are fresh and locally sourced meals.

Change the World: 3 awesome opportunities to give back to surrounding communities:

VISCAYA - Painting murals at the children’s indoor/outdoor gym, take the local kids to the river for some fun and swimming. Yoga with the kids and fun games.

CASA TAO - Sharing lunch, teaching therapeutic yoga and partner yoga with single teen moms and their children from the Amazon. We will also take them on a trip to a local waterfall for fun and a swim.

ESPERANZA - Play and spend quality time with mental & physical needs children and adults and share music and have a dance party with them.

Yoga will be offered mornings and evenings. Classes will include, yoga on the inside, restorative relax deeply, vinyasa, and meditation. We will also have the opportunity to practice with the locals!

Singles, couples, families, friends and children are welcome. We want to be completely inclusive for this health and impact experience.

Sunday January 18

  • Buffet Welcome Breakfast at IBIS hotel

  • Shuttle to Baños (3 hours)

  • Walking tour of Baños

  • Lunch at Sangay Spa Hotel, then check in at 3pm

  • Afternoon tour “Pachamama” and “Casa del Arbol” a beautiful vista overlooking surrounding valleys and mountains.
