Join Kelly Craig, founder of Invati Yoga and Wellness, for seven days of yoga, rainforest adventure, and Caribbean beaches on the coast of Costa Rica. This retreat is for anyone who needs to slow down, move their body, and spend a week in a place where everything is taken care of.
The Setting
Tierra de Sueños Retreat & Wellness Center sits in the jungle of Costa Rica's Caribbean coast, near Puerto Viejo de Talamanca. This is an eco-friendly lodge, off the beaten track, with monkeys, sloths, toucans, and green macaws on the property. Some of the Caribbean's best beaches are close by, and the warm turquoise water is a 5-minute walk across the street.
Life here is simple and unhurried. Think clean air, fresh food, jungle sounds, and pura vida.
What's Included
7 days at Tierra de Sueños Lodge
3 nourishing meals a day, made fresh from local ingredients
Yoga with props every morning and evening, in an open-air pavilion set into the jungle
Specialized Yoga On The Inside with Kelly and some Fun Jungle Flow
Meditation and Pranayama
2 Hour practice in the AM / 1 ½ Hour practice in the PM

Extra activities and tours, such as zip lining, chocolate farm tours, snorkeling, horseback riding, and kayaking. The lodge also offers an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and Reiki.
Your Accommodations
Jungle Bungalows are open-air, with a queen bed, ceiling fan, hot water, in-room safe, and bed nets. Rain on the zinc roof is part of the experience. Sharing guests get their own twin bed.
Yoga Pavilion Rooms are shared rooms with two single beds.
