We carry years sometimes decades of unprocessed grief, anger, shame, and fear. 9D Breathwork doesn’t analyze emotions, it moves them by passing the thinking mind and targeting the body. Stored emotions rise, release, and clear making space for something new.

How to Prepare for Breathwork Sessions:

  • Eat Light: Nothing heavy 1 - 2hrs before session.     

  • Make sure you are comfortable - dress in loose clothing, bring yoga mat, blanket, pillow, anything to support you.  

  • Hydrate: drinking water before and after aids in releasing toxins and flushes out anything this session brings up.

  • No drugs or alcohol 24hrs before your session.  

  • Be Early: Arrive 15 mins early to settle and get centred.

  • Mentally let go of any expectations - every session is different trust the process whatever happens, happens, lean in.

  • Scent warning please let us know if you are sensitive: sage and essential oils may be used.

  • Before your session set a clear intention that will guide your journey. Example: "I choose to be present and open to this experience," "I allow myself to heal and grow," or "I embrace inner peace and trust the process".

Possible things that could happen during session:

  • Body sensations: tingling, shaking, movement, hot/cold, sweating.

  • Emotional releases: crying, laughter and other emotions.​

All these things are perfect normal and some people may not experience anything and that is perfectly normal too. Trust the process, your body has an innate wisdom, it knows exactly what needs to be released and when it needs to be release it. Our body is an incredible gift and if we start to listening to it then we will be guided back to our true essence.

​After Session:

  • Allow time for integration.

  • Plan for quiet time afterwards: Minimize distraction and avoid electronics.

  • Hydrate: Drink water

  • Have shower or epsom salt bath to release everything.

  • Be gentle with yourself.
