Unwind in this candlelit New-Moon sound journey where you will experience deep states of relaxation, higher consciousness and healing.
The New Moon is a time to reflect and set intentions for the month ahead.
Using the power of sound, intention and guided meditation, we will bring you into a blissful journey of sound and relaxation, providing a much-needed escape from the stresses of everyday life. Sound healing works on both a physical and energetic level by entraining your brain waves to Delta and Theta states - these bring about deep healing, rest and restoration of the cells, just as when we get a long deep sleep. Receive the vibrational healing properties of sound. Leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and renewed for the week ahead.

She Recovers
We are all recovering from something! SHE RECOVERS Foundation Sharing Circles are intended for women and non-binary individuals who are in or seeking recovery—to connect, learn, heal and share within a group of like-hearted individuals. These local community circles of support are recovery-focused, free to attend and voluntarily facilitated by a SHE RECOVERS Certified Professional. All races, sexual orientations, and those differences of life situations, backgrounds and abilities are welcome.

How to Prepare for Breathwork Sessions:
Eat Light: Nothing heavy 1 - 2hrs before session.
Make sure you are comfortable - dress in loose clothing, bring yoga mat, blanket, pillow, anything to support you.
Hydrate: drinking water before and after aids in releasing toxins and flushes out anything this session brings up.
No drugs or alcohol 24hrs before your session.
Be Early: Arrive 15 mins early to settle and get centred.
Mentally let go of any expectations - every session is different trust the process whatever happens, happens, lean in.
Scent warning please let us know if you are sensitive: sage and essential oils may be used.
Before your session set a clear intention that will guide your journey. Example: "I choose to be present and open to this experience," "I allow myself to heal and grow," or "I embrace inner peace and trust the process".

Possible things that could happen during session:
Body sensations: tingling, shaking, movement, hot/cold, sweating.
Emotional releases: crying, laughter and other emotions.
All these things are perfect normal and some people may not experience anything and that is perfectly normal too. Trust the process, your body has an innate wisdom, it knows exactly what needs to be released and when it needs to be release it. Our body is an incredible gift and if we start to listening to it then we will be guided back to our true essence.
After Session:
Allow time for integration.
Plan for quiet time afterwards: Minimize distraction and avoid electronics.
Hydrate: Drink water
Have shower or epsom salt bath to release everything.
Be gentle with yourself.
