depression, anger, how to guard against them

 Create new ways of overcoming anxiety, PTSD, anger, robotic responses, loneliness effects of losses

 Learn to understand your central nervous system, improve digestion, cognitive or memory issues

 Repair relationships with yourself, with those at home and in the work place

 Apply practical and sustainable methods of emotional, social, and somatic self-regulation known to alleviate insomnia, mood swings, & chronic pain
