Join Kelly Craig and Eddie Modestini for an immersive and transformative Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training that blends the dynamic flow of Vinyasa Yoga with the mindful precision of Yoga on the Inside, an alignment-based approach to yoga. Kelly, owner, manager and instructor of Invati Yoga + Wellness, developed a passion for yoga similar to her passion for the 12 steps after moving from North Vancouver to Kelowna in 2007.
In 2015, she completed a 500-hour YTT with Moksha International and has continued her growth as a teacher by studying under renowned instructors such as Susie Newson (Mocean Yoga), Eddie Modestini & Kristin Bosteels (Yoga On The Inside), Nicki Doane, Ryan Leier, Father Joe, and Sir Ramaswami, amassing over 1500 hours of YTT and intensives. Kelly incorporates all her favourite teachings into her classes, Yoga On The Inside, Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative, to create passionate, inspiring, fun and challenging practices for her students.
Yoga, for Kelly, is a journey of life, growth, discipline, and faith. In 2018, she fulfilled her dream of creating Invati Yoga + Wellness in Lake Country, offering students a welcoming and supportive space to heal and grow.
In 2020, Kelly faced a significant challenge when she was involved in a head-on car crash. However, through her spiritual teachings and practice, she was able to recover gracefully and heal her mind, body, and spirit. Kelly's personal growth and healing journey continues.
Eddie Modestini has been teaching yoga since 1984. He has been certified in Iyengar Yoga and was authorized to teach Ashtanga Yoga by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Eddie is gifted with an excellent eye for detail and a profound ability to read student’s bodies for injury and misalignment. He is a master in the asanas and is considered to be a teacher’s teacher. He currently studies with HS Arun and Manouso Manos, cultivating the inner experience in his practice and sharing that with his students.
