Walking Yoga

"Walking Yoga" 

Walking yoga with LJ is a new class and that offers a combination of meditation, pranayama, and standing asana. 

No yoga mat is required, and LJ guides this unique class with moving awareness as we tune-up our senses to be more present. 

Please leave your phone safely locked in your car or at home because complete disconnection will make an impact on our bodies to get the maximum benefit from this class. 

We will meet at Beasley park in the field in front of the beach.
