Salt & Stillness

Salt & Stillness — Autumn Edition September 13 | 7:00–8:00 PM | Breathe Salt Studio at Invati Yoga Lake Country $65 per person | Space is limited

As the season turns, so does the intention behind this Salt & Stillness.

Fall is nature’s season of release. The trees let go of their leaves, the harvest is gathered in, and the days grow shorter, inviting everything — including us — to turn inward. This guided healing meditation follows that same rhythm: honoring what you’ve grown this year, and consciously releasing what no longer needs to come with you into the season ahead.

The hour begins with a guided meditation exploring harvest, release, and the trust required to turn inward as the light changes. It closes in our signature integration position — legs up against the Himalayan salt wall, body fully supported, mind completely still.

What you’ll experience:

  • A guided healing meditation centered on the spiritual themes of fall — harvest, letting go, and turning inward

  • A full hour of stillness on our salt sand floor, supported by blankets and bolsters

  • Medical-grade Halotherapy moving through the air, supporting respiratory health and reducing inflammation

  • Negative ions released by the Himalayan salt walls, calming the nervous system and clearing the energetic field

  • Direct skin contact with mineral-rich salt, allowing the body to absorb magnesium, potassium, and trace minerals

  • A closing legs-up-the-wall integration, supporting lymphatic drainage, circulation, and deep parasympathetic rest

You don’t need any experience with meditation to attend. All you need to do is lie down, breathe, and let the room do the rest.

Space is very limited — reserve your spot early.

Kelly Craig is a certified yoga teacher, recovery mentor, and wellness facilitator with over 18 years of dedicated practice in somatic healing, nervous system restoration, and mind-body transformation.

Her path to this work was not theoretical. In December 2020 Kelly survived a head-on car collision that left her with a shattered ankle, a broken arm and wrist, torn ligaments in her knee among other injuries. In 2025 she fractured her C2 vertebra in a waterskiing accident, the same vertebra her neurosurgeon told her would require surgery and would end her active life. She healed both without opioids, through Kangen water, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and an unshakeable commitment to listening to what her body needed.

Kelly has walked through the kind of darkness that teaches you what stillness actually is. Not the absence of noise but the presence of something deeper than it. That is what she brings into every space she holds.

As the founder of Invati Yoga and Wellness in Lake Country, BC, Kelly has spent nearly two decades creating environments where people feel safe enough to stop performing and start healing. Her teaching draws from Yoga On The Inside alignment principles, somatic practice, nervous system science, and spiritual foundations.

Salt and Stillness is an invitation into that depth. Guided meditation inside Invati's new salt cave, designed to take you somewhere a regular class simply cannot reach. Kelly will guide you through a practice rooted in real experience, real healing, and a genuine understanding of what it means to come home to yourself.

This is not about doing it right. It is about letting go long enough to remember who you are underneath all of it.
