Finding Peace Within the Postures

Finding Peace within the Postures is a seven day immersion with Kristin and Eddie, designed to help you reconnect to your body through the practice of asana, pranayama, and inner awareness.  Rooted in the therapeutic and alignment-focused methodology of Yoga on the Inside, this immersion is about connecting with your true nature and learning to love yourself more through the practice of yoga.  Over the course of seven days, you’ll be guided through intentional practices that gently build strength, restore mobility, regulate the nervous system, and most importantly—create a sense of peace within each posture.

We will explore the entire range of poses from standing poses, twists, forward bends, backbends, inversions and restoratives.  Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your practice, this immersion invites you to move inward with compassion, curiosity, and presence.   Each day we will practice asana and pranayama and follow the thread that connects the practices towards contentment. 

Bolsters, blocks, straps, blanketsk and yoga chair(s) will be used. Also we will be using the rope wall and inversion swings.

Join us for an introspective & connective evening of Breath, Movement & Presence under the incredibly potent flower full moon!

This guided breath journey is designed to support you in letting go of what no longer serves, recalibrating your nervous system, and reconnecting to your inner rhythm.
Through a combination of intention setting, embodied movement, and conscious breathwork, you will be invited into a deeper relationship with your body and inner landscape.

The Flower Moon represents a time of growth, expansion, and gentle transformation -offering an opportunity to soften, open, and realign with what is truly meaningful.

Together, we will move through:
• Sharing circle to ground into the present moment
• Intention setting to clarify what you are ready to release or call in
• Embodied movement to reconnect with the body & release anything needing to be let go
• 1 hr guided breath journey to connect within, honouring the blossoming of the self

Sound Baths have a positive effect on our bodies, and have been used in ceremonies around the world and in many cultures. The Full moon is a wonderful time to release any energy that no longer serves you, and welcomes in new energy that aligns within you. Sounds amazing right?

Here are some sound healing benefits you may notice: active digestion, deeper sleep, quiet mindfulness, releasing stress, calming nerves and hyperactive behaviors, along with helping the parasympathetic nervous system. True wellness arises when we re-align ourselves with the elements of sound! Here are a few things to bring with you: Blankets, Pillows, Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, offering for the Altar (please remember to take it with you after the practice) Feel Free to bring a Jar of water for the altar, if you would like to taste the Full Moon frequency afterward!!

How to Prepare for Breathwork Sessions:

  • Eat Light: Nothing heavy 1 - 2hrs before session.     

  • Make sure you are comfortable - dress in loose clothing, bring yoga mat, blanket, pillow, anything to support you.  

  • Hydrate: drinking water before and after aids in releasing toxins and flushes out anything this session brings up.

  • No drugs or alcohol 24hrs before your session.  

  • Be Early: Arrive 15 mins early to settle and get centred.

  • Mentally let go of any expectations - every session is different trust the process whatever happens, happens, lean in.

  • Scent warning please let us know if you are sensitive: sage and essential oils may be used.

  • Before your session set a clear intention that will guide your journey. Example: "I choose to be present and open to this experience," "I allow myself to heal and grow," or "I embrace inner peace and trust the process".

Possible things that could happen during session:

  • Body sensations: tingling, shaking, movement, hot/cold, sweating.

  • Emotional releases: crying, laughter and other emotions.​

All these things are perfect normal and some people may not experience anything and that is perfectly normal too. Trust the process, your body has an innate wisdom, it knows exactly what needs to be released and when it needs to be release it. Our body is an incredible gift and if we start to listening to it then we will be guided back to our true essence.

​After Session:

  • Allow time for integration.

  • Plan for quiet time afterwards: Minimize distraction and avoid electronics.

  • Hydrate: Drink water

  • Have shower or epsom salt bath to release everything.

  • Be gentle with yourself.

  • Trust the process
