Yoga on the Inside: A 3-Day Immersion with Kelly Craig
November 14, 15 & 16 | Invati Yoga and Wellness, Lake Country
Slow down, turn inward, and spend a full weekend with your practice. Join Kelly Craig for three days of deep exploration into yoga on the inside, a 13.5-hour immersion designed to release what you've been carrying and reconnect you with yourself.
Schedule
Friday, Nov 14: 5 to 9:30 pm
Saturday, Nov 15: 1 to 5:30 pm
Sunday, Nov 16: 1 to 5:30 pm
What to expect
Friday evening, pranayama and relax deeply, so you can let your nervous system settle at the end of your week. Saturday and Sunday will begin with pranayama then backbends and hip openers. Between the stress we carry, long hours of sitting, and the congestion that builds in the body, backs and hips are places that hold a lot. We'll give them the time and care they deserve. We will end the immersion with inversions on Sunday.
Journaling will be woven throughout the weekend, so please bring a notebook and pen to every session. Props will include the rope wall, swings, bolsters, straps, blankets, and blocks.
Who it's for
All levels are welcome, including those with injuries or illness. Come ready to challenge yourself, learn, and dive deep within. Instructors welcomed to deepen their knowledge and practice.

Kelly’s Bio
Kelly is the owner, manager, and instructor of Invati Yoga + Wellness. Her love of yoga began when she moved to Kelowna in 2007. She completed a 500-hour YTT in 2015 and has since studied with renowned teachers, accumulating over 2000 hours of training and intensives.
Of everything she has studied, Yoga on the Inside is her deepest passion, both to teach and to practice on her own mat. Kelly believes so deeply in the healing power of this practice, and she is devoted to sharing it with others, creating a supportive space for healing, growth, and spiritual connection.
Kelly remains a dedicated student, continuing to study directly with her teachers to preserve the lineage at the core of the practice. In October 2026, she just recently returned from an immersion in Maui with Eddie Modestini and Kristin Bosteels, bringing their teachings home to her students.
In 2018, she fulfilled her dream of opening Invati Yoga + Wellness in Lake Country, and in September 2022 she opened a sister location in Kelowna. After recovering from a car crash in 2020, she went deeper into Therapeutic Yoga on the Inside, which continues to shape her teaching today.
Kelly's love of travel has taken her to developing countries, where she has served people and animals alike. She weaves her life experiences and travels into her classes, encouraging students to find their own path.
